2.0 THE COMPANY - INTRODUCTION
Kokun Integrated Services
is a division of Kokun Group formed to provide engineering services to the oil
and gas industry in Nigeria, with special focus on the Natural gas industry and
the construction industry in general.
The company after operating
under the group name (Kokun Ventures) developed into an autonomous company
operating under the name Kokun Integrated Services and was duly incorporated in
2004.
The Company is now affiliated
to the following companies
Forbes Marshall for the sales,
installation and after services of Boiler, Heat recovery and steam generation
system.
Kumar Metals Ind. PVT – For the
installation of solvent extracting plant and edible refineries
The division and the need for
constant development, has positioned the company as an EPC (Engineering,
Procurement and Construction) contractor in the Natural gas and the
construction industry in general.
Drawing from its past
experience, the company has developed its resources and expertise in design,
fabrication and construction of plants and reticulation piping and gas
facilities installation

In the field of modification,
rehabilitation, revamping and maintenance of existing facilities, we have
gained an extensive experience, wide ranging know how through the years.
Close cooperation with
customers and continuous benchmarking against their needs has driven us to meet
their current plant demands, with maintenance and reduction of operating cost
as the main objective.
Natural gas Facilities systems
design and installation
Because Natural gas is safest, cleanest and most efficient burning fossil fuel and its help in addressing several environmental problems, such as smog, acid rain and green house effect on the environment. We are constantly improving on the various uses of natural gas.
This quest has lead us into the following area of natural gas utilization specializations
Construction of gas transmission, distribution and internal reticulation system, using Welded steel pipelines High density polyethylene pipe – (HDPE) using Electro fusion welding method Fiber glass piping Supply of Natural gas equipment (Regulators, meters, burner and other accessories).
We are presently working on the possibility of production of Customer Metering and regulating station in Nigeria.
Our experience in the Natural gas industry began with being part of the construction of Obaifu – Obrikom Gas plant (Biggest gas plant in Africa) to NGC Pilot Gas Plant in Warri, Various Shell Gas compression station and Shell Nig. Gas company pilot gas plant in Ota, Ogun state.
We have till date installed various Natural gas facilities within Nigeria and also are in contact with major Natural gas equipment vendor worldwide.
Construction and supply of Modular units Plant Modulazation resolve difficulties related to construction work in remote area, with minimum site installation and interconnecting activities required, we undertake construction of modules be it vessel or skid mounted facilities and transport them to your required location for installation and commissioning
Corrosion control – Monitoring
and preventive works In conjunction with our affiliates, we execute both
internal and external corrosion control monitoring and preventive works, using
latest technology.

engineers who collectively has laid more than 500km of pipelines across various
terrains be it river crossings, swamp flow lines, station piping systems in
pipe diameter of various sizes (1/2’’ – 36’’).
We also execute the construction and installation of equipments, be its vessels, pump and rotary equipment.
