Engr. Bayo was born in the early 70’s in Ijebu Remo, Ikenne Local government, Ogun State.
He started his primary school education at Fazilomar Primary School in 1978 and completed it by 1984, and secondary education in the area before he then proceeded to Trade Test, Trading of motor vehicle work from year 2000 to 2002 which help him to work at Lagos Island as a local government traffic officer
He registered his own company Ilerioluwa Nigeria Enterprises which focus on import/export services, general contract, general merchandise
Engr. Bayo is the chairman of Araromi CDA, Ilogbo.
He has been opportune to be a consultant to lots of local government like shomolu local government, Lagos Mainland, Yaba, Ewekoro, and some part in Ibadan like Aare Latosa, Ibadan South. Local council(scout camp) and he is also a consultant to the Ogun state government on abandoned vehicle and presently he is the consultant at Ado/ Odo- Ota local government, Ogun State
In the year 2020, be bagged an award from Borokini media for his pro-active leadership skills especially in the area of traffic management policy and human infrastructural development.
