Engr. Alade Jimoh Declares Bid to Represent Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency in House of Reps

With a heartfelt commitment to service and a passion for purposeful leadership, Engr. Alade Musibau Jimoh has formally declared his intention to contest for the position of Member, House of Representatives, representing the Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency.

In his declaration, Engr. Jimoh emphasized that his decision stems from the urgent need for genuine representation that prioritizes the people’s welfare above all else. He described his aspiration not merely as a personal ambition, but a collective call to action aimed at transforming the constituency through accountable and inclusive governance.

Engr. Jimoh, a seasoned engineer with years of experience in the civil service, pledged to focus on five key areas if elected: education, youth empowerment, healthcare, infrastructure, and inclusive representation. He expressed a firm belief that education remains the cornerstone of development and promised to champion better school facilities, digital skills training, and scholarship access.

He also committed to creating employment opportunities for youths, supporting small businesses, and expanding social welfare programs, particularly in healthcare. Drawing from his engineering background, he vowed to facilitate infrastructure development including road rehabilitation, electricity expansion, and access to clean water in rural areas.

In a move to ensure open and people-centered governance, Engr. Jimoh promised regular town hall engagements to consult with constituents and co-develop policies that reflect their actual needs and aspirations.
